Entries will be accepted online through January 7, 2015. Corresponding physical entries will be accepted at the drop-off locations on December 17, 2014 and January 7, 2015 between noon and 4:30 p.m. Pieces that advance will be entered into the American Advertising Awards (still fondly referred to as the ADDY Awards).
All entries must be submitted in the form in which they ORIGINALLY appeared.
Any physical and/or printed entries, such as newspaper or magazine ads, photographs, collateral, product packaging, sales kits, newsletters, posters, menus, book and magazine designs, specialty advertising, etc. MUST be submitted for judging in their physical form (tear-sheets are not required)—in addition to being digitally uploaded in the online entry system. Large format physical pieces such as outdoor advertising etc should be submitted as physical photographs. Digital files ONLY are not acceptable.
The exceptions to this rule are entries which originally appeared in digital or electronic form, such as websites, TV and radio spots, multimedia videos etc. For these entries, a physical entry form is still required for official submission.
Do NOT wait until the end of the day to deliver your entries. If you hire a delivery service, make sure they arrive well before 4:30 p.m. No physical entries will be accepted after 4:30 p.m. on December 17, 2014 or January 7, 2015. Please make checks payable to AAF Lincoln. All entries will become the property of the Nebraska ADDY Awards and will not be returned. Do not send original or irreplaceable artwork. Unless forwarded to the district competition, all entries will be disposed of immediately after the ADDY Awards banquet.
